Honey and mustard salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Meaux mustard (whole-grain mustard)
- 5 ml (1 tsp) water
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) chili powder
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients for the marinade, except for the lemon juice.
- Brush marinade on salmon fillets.
- Preheat oven to 425 °F. Bake for about 12 minutes.
- Drizzle salmon fillets with lemon juice. Serve.
