Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Meaux mustard (whole-grain mustard)
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) water
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) chili powder
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade, except for the lemon juice.
  2. Brush marinade on salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 °F. Bake for about 12 minutes.
  4. Drizzle salmon fillets with lemon juice. Serve.
